The caverns under Haven Watch are right below you. As the ground erupts in red. And the ground underneath you crumbles and caves in. Just as a tally, Delos is unconscious. Venaria is unconscious. So you all fall, and unfortunately, there's nobody around to stop it. Venaria. You had the other share band of shared breath, didn't you? Yes. You automatically stabilize. Yes. Unfortunately, Dalos doesn't have anyone to help as they are crushed under the rubble and unfortunately dies. Jenova and Lunette, you watch as Kouodorage is stepping towards Lunette. Some winged creature erupts out of the rubble. It descends on Kouodorage. He is actually driven away by this creature. Unfortunately, we lost one of one of one of the hearth cards. Makes it sound like the player died. Elizabeth is still fine. Dalos is the one that died. But then there's also Jenna Jenova.

He is wearing a plain linen shirt with sleeves rolled up under a pair of worn yellow overalls. He has thick leather boots that thunk heavily on the floor as he turns around and stands.

Uh Dalos is in a corner, like fully assembled, but not active or anything.

So the ground beneath the village kind of breathes through vents and fissures. Uh steam kind of comes up through stone channels and and backworks that that wind through the districts. Uh it's not it's it's a bigger village. Like it's it's if it wasn't so close to Ogan, it would probably be considered kind of its own, like, a smaller city. It is constructed in layered stone and wood. There's a lot of like Balian influence here, so it it's uh you you got a lot of thick stone foundations on wooden upper levels uh with like sloped tiled roofs. The eaves extend out and they kind of drip constantly from all the steam that's around all the condensation. The arches and carved basins carry heated water through the settlement in controlled flows. Uh so you've kind of got this aesthetic, like just like warm water going on either side of paths and stuff, but steam coming off of it. Um very foggy place. At the heart of the of Steamstead, you have the central baths. It is a tiered complex built directly over the largest spring there. The upper tiers are open to the public and serve as like gathering places where people, you know, they have conversation, they negotiate, they rest, kind of all in a big space. Uh the lower tiers run hotter and deeper, and they're like reserved for private occasions and yeah, because some restricted areas. Um But no matter where you are, the steam is pretty much ever present. Um there are times like when you're walking, kind of because you kind of move through the city to get where you're going. Um there are times where like when the wind's not moving, the steam makes it hard to see very far at all. The visibility clears up though as wind pushes through. Um so it's just it's kind of like like imagine like every portrayal of New York in like 90s movies where there was always steam for some fucking reason. Coming out of the ventures. Yeah, just like there's just steam coming out of the sewer for some reason. Sewer steam. Yeah. Uh it it it's it's like that a lot. Um But yeah, and then there's just like pipes and and kind of like machinery all over the place. It seems like they they this is a primarily like a bathhouse kind of a village, but they also have like a little bit of machinery for like some industrial stuff, just you know, because the the village has to do other things as well. Um but yeah, the the life here thrums, but it seems like they care less about the actual time and more about like which of these steam vents is pumping right now, and which of them is kind of calm or whatever, you know. They're they're they're more interested in keeping the baths running.
